Our 14-Day Guarantee
We want you to love your stories. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn or unused, with original tags.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
You may request a return if your product comes in damaged, if there is an error with your order, or for other eligible reasons. To initiate a return, you can log into your account by logging in here or contact us by email at brenda.arce@gmail.com.

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if there is an error (such as receiving the wrong item), please log into your account or email our support team immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Personalized Items: Custom products or special orders.
- Final Sale: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Process
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
- Approval: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Bank Processing: Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Amazon.com Purchases
If you purchased your book via Amazon.com, your return is subject to Amazon's Standard Return Policy.
- Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
