Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer a $5.00 flat rate shipping to the United States and Puerto Rico.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to the United States and Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping.


Amazon.com Shipping Policy

For orders placed via Amazon, the following delivery timelines apply:

  • Domestic Standard: 4-14 business days after shipment.
  • Domestic Expedited: 2-6 business days after shipment.
  • Domestic Two Day: Within 2 business days of the order date.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at brenda.arce@gmail.com with your name and order number.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs. See our full Refund Policy here.

In the event of damage, please email us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
